  • Preparing the documents that will transfer the land from seller to buyer.
  • Informing our clients of any procedures that may cause a delay in their settlement. Taking into account the timeframe required for approvals, the source of your finance, location of the parties and the bank that you are dealing with.
  • Related party transactions - such as adding or removing a spouse to the Certificate of Title.
  • Liaise with banks and other parties to arrange settlement dates, times and inform the parties involved when settlement will take place.
  • Attend the settlement, making final checks of documents prior to handing over the proceeds, Transfer of Land and or Certificate of Title.
  • Follow up after settlement with Landgate (Department of Land and Information) to ensure the property has been correctly transferred into the new buyers' name and notify the Rating Authorities of the buyers' details.
