Information Brochure
This brochure has information regarding the role of conveyancers after the signing of an Offer and Acceptance. The brochure has handy tips outlining the type of documents required by a settlement agent before a settlement can proceed and also has a section regarding the history and current work undertaken for clients through Residential Settlements.
Sales Details Sheet
These were designed to increase the communication between the settlement agent and the real estate agent. The more information that is completed on these forms initially the quicker the file can be setup. These have been in operation within our offices and have proven to be very popular with our agents and administration staff.
Fee Schedule
The latest fee schedule with the information regarding the benefits relating to the first home buyers and other relevant fees. This is available on request for you to use. We also have an online calculator but if you want to access a schedule in printed form just let us know.
Other Services
Our other services include the addition of a Marketing Consultant who has a background in Marketing, printing and design to the Residential Settlements team; Her services are available to you if you are interested in a particular marketing campaign for yourself or your office. Our Marketing Manager can come to your office and sit down with you and outline a marketing plan that fits within your finances and timeframes. She is available to run the entire campaign for you or just give direction and information that may be helpful to promote your businesses.
