Residential Settlements are one of the most professional and dedicated conveyancing teams in Perth, Western Australia. All conveyancers are well educated and trained because we believe that our job is to give you the best possible customer service.

Nancy Hulbert - Licensee

Nancy enjoys her working environment and loves the interaction with staff, clients and agents.  She is overseeing an office that has great procedures and monitors efficient staff who keep up to date with the latest changes and are happy to continue to improve their knowledge base.  She volunteers her spare time with the Salvation Army Emergency Services preparing meals and offering support during fires and other emergencies.   She is married and enjoys travelling around the world.

Dave Doven – Manager

Before working at Residential Settlements, Dave owned and managed a thriving real estate office and brought a wealth of experience and people skills to the position. Dave has completed his Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) in an effort to understand the industry and help with the workload carried by our conveyancing staff. Dave has a friendly approachable manner and has created a team with diversity which carries the vision of the company and its future. Dave has two daughters and a keen interest in sport.

Serena Oscar – Conveyancer

Serena adds energy and life wherever she goes. After extensive world travel and work in a variety of jobs associated with conveyancing, she has joined the team at Residential Settlements to be closer to home. Serena is creative and positive in her desire to ensure that her clients receive the best service possible.  She is a great team player and encourages staff with team building activities.

Cassandra Beerkens – Conveyancer

Cassandra has been with Residential Settlements since 2004 and has worked her way through the ranks to become one of our excellent Conveyancers. She has a great attitude, is responsible and capable of many roles.  Cassandra is an integral part of our office structure and works diligently to ensure the settlement process runs smoothly for her clients.  Cassandra loves photography and her many pets.

Theresa Peeters – Conveyancer

Theresa has been in the settlement industry for approx 20 yrs, firstly for solicitors as an Outside Clerk, then inside the office working on the discharge of mortgages and new mortgages.  She then decided to take up the challenge and work in Conveyancing which prompted her to attend TAFE and complete the Diploma in Conveyancing in 2006. She hopes to gain her License in the future.  Theresa and her partner have 2 teenage boys who are attending University.  They love watching footy on weekends and go to Eagles games when they can.

Heidi Ansell - Conveyancer

Heidi joined us in 2007 after she recently returned from a trip to London. She brings with her a wealth of Conveyancing experience as she has worked in Settlements for 20 years in a variety of jobs. Heidi is a quiet and steady worker with a great capacity for working through complex problems that occasionally arise during a settlement.  She enjoys renovating her home and looking after her 2 dogs.

Karlah Baumberger - Conveyancer

Karlah started with Residential Settlements in 2007. She has completed the modules required to be licensed and will be returning to TAFE to complete the Full Diploma for Conveyancing this year. Karlah started in settlements straight after High School as an Outside Clerk and has worked as a Personal Assistant, Documents Clerk and Junior Conveyancer.  When Karlah is not working she enjoys cooking, shopping, swimming and catching up with friends.

Katie Cunnold – Conveyancer Assistant

Katie’s has a quiet, diligent manner and pays close attention to detail making her an important part of the Residential Settlements team. Katie is responsible for the administration duties.  She enjoys working with the Conveyancers assisting them with their general work loads. Katie also supports Nancy in her role as Licensee. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her partner.

Stephanie Ives – Outside Clerk

Stephanie enjoys outside work because the role has variety. She spends her day in town attending settlements, lodging documents, banking and other settlement related business.  Some of her duties in the office include sorting the mail, and assisting her co-employees.  Stephanie moved to Perth from Brisbane with her family in 1999, loves surfing and photography and of course shopping. Stephanie loves travelling with her boyfriend and is keen to move into her first house.

Kathryn White - Marketing Manager

Kathryn is a graphic designer and has owned and managed her own printing and design business. She generates the marketing material required by the company. This includes writing, designing and producing the Resi Report and organizing various functions. The Marketing Department has been used by many agents to put their creative ideas into reality and promote their businesses.
